Your photos are a testament to love worth celebrating. These memories are here to spark happiness long after you pack away your fancy attire, zip out thank you notes and get used to the feeling of that beautiful wedding band on your finger.
As you decide on what to do for your wedding photography, keep in mind two things. First, payment plans are available. And second, your photographs is the one investment that lasts a lifetime. Relive your wedding day over-and-over again with hiring the right photographer with a style you'll cherish for decades (and generations) to come.
Give yourself the gift of preserving that forever.

Frequently asked
questions
Absolutely. After you book, we dive into planning mode together and I'll share tailored locations perfect for your vibe.
I capture approximately 25 photos per hour of coverage but don’t cap the number of images you receive. You’ll get all the photos and all the memories, minus duplicates and blinking moments (Let’s be honest, nobody needs those!). Expect a minimum of 25 images for engagement sessions and 500 images for a wedding.
All my travel fees, including mileage, airfare, hotels/bnb's, and rental cars are covered by my clients. These will be calculated and invoiced separately - 3 months prior for domestic travel and 6 months prior for international travel.
Due to the large number of venues in our area, I regularly work at new spots. No matter what, I always arrive nice and early to scout out the best photo spots for your day. Lighting changes throughout the year so this is important, even if I’ve worked at your venue dozens of times.
For couple sessions, you'll receive your gallery within 4 weeks from your session date. For weddings, your completed gallery will be delivered between 8-12 weeks.
The biggest difference between intimate celebrations and wedding coverage is the style of your event. Wedding coverage is for more traditional celebrations that include your community joining in the party to dance the night away. Intimate celebrations are typically limited to you and your witnesses. Not exactly sure which camp you fall into? Feel free to reach out!
Can you give us location recommendations for our portrait session?
Does it cost to have you travel to our wedding or portrait session?
When will we receive our gallery?
How many images can we expect to receive?
what's the difference between an intimate celebration and a wedding?
Have you shot at my venue before?
Of course! You do not need to be getting married to book a portrait session with me.
I'm very flexible when it comes to unfortunate weather forecasts (hello, Washington) for your engagement session. If you were hoping for a dry day and it's raining, we can most certainly reschedule.
Most of my clients choose to move forward with their wedding day if it rains, and have backup plans for coverage such as tents or an indoor option. There will be a 15% reschedule fee if you do choose to reschedule your wedding day.
Hearing this is music to my ears! After we've talked and got a feel that we're a great fit, you'll pick the coverage that best fits your needs and then I'll send over a proposal for you to review and accept. A signed contract and a non-refundable booking retainer is all that's needed to book me for your wedding!
Yes! A $1500 non-refundable booking retainer and a signed contract is all that's needed to reserve your wedding date in my calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your date or we can break down your invoice into equal 1/4 payments.
All of my sessions and weddings include digital files only. However your gallery includes an online store where you can purchase prints, calendars, cards, etc. Your contract also serves as your printing right which gives you the right to print wherever you choose. Either way, please print your photos and don't let them collect "dust" on your computer!
I accept credit or debit payments directly via your invoice or payments through Zelle.
can we book you for a session even if we're not having a wedding?
I feel like we vibe! How do we book you?
Are prints included or does that cost extra?
What do we do if it's raining on our wedding day or portrait session?
How do you accept payment?
do you offer payment plans?

Vikki captured such organic moments during the entire shoot and made us feel so comfortable even when we're the two most awkward couple ever, always laughing with us and making us enjoy the moment haha I would highly recommend Vikki for your photoshoot and you'll be guaranteed to shed a tear or even cry after seeing them. Thank you, Vikki for such beautiful photos! 😭
It was truly worth waking up at 4am for a sunrise shoot in joshua tree...
Alicia & aaron
Vikki not only made us feel comfortable, but made us feel as if she was barely there (in the best way possible). We didn't feel as if we were posing, we felt like we were just being ourselves!
I cannot even properly put into words how amazing working with vikki was...

Vikki is so fun and comfortable to work with, she takes the time to get to know you and truly makes the photoshoot a memorable experience. She also found the most beautiful and unreal location to shoot at which made the photos look even more amazing
they are better than we could have ever imagined...
Susie + jonathan
The many emails that we exchanged felt like she was a friend I’d already known. When our wedding day rolled around, she was so helpful in directing us how to stand and pose, and as an added bonus, she was the best hype woman ever!

From the get go, we were both so glad that we found Vikki. Even before we signed the contract she made herself available for questions and offered her help as much as we needed. After going through the process of researching, reaching out, hiring, and going through the day of, I quickly realized that it's so, so important to choose someone that you connect with.
Vikki was more than our photographer...
