Rattlesnake Lake Engagement | Snoqualmie Engagement Photographer

This Rattlesnake Engagement Session had soo much golden-y goodness from Mr. Sun that my little heart couldn’t handle. Anddd could you believe this was taken in December, LIKE WHAT?! Yesss, golden hour come through!

Logan and Morgan met in Spanish class while attending Penn State University. They were Spanish partners every day for their entire junior year. They both love Penn State SO much, Morgan had the great idea that would be where he’d propose to Logan. If you’re familiar with or have attended Penn State you would know they have a game every year called the “White Out” game. Logan’s family would host a huge tailgate with all of their friends enjoying their time with tonsss of food and rinks. Around this time last year they were tailgating for the White Out game and one of Logan’s best friends “remembered” that she had to show Logan something. As they were walking Logan finally turned out and saw everyone that she loved standing there holding a sign that says “Will you marry me?” and Morgan was right there kneeling on his knee in front of them. And OF COURSE Logan said yes!

After getting to know more about them and their story, I was SO excited to be their Snoqualmie Engagement Photographer! Since both of them are from out of state, they wanted a location that would depict the true beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and I absolutely knew where to take them. (:

Everyone knows that heading into the winter months the weather in Washington can get a little iffy. It can range from rain for majority of the month to a full week of freezing temps and sunshine. Leading up to their session date the weather app showed that it would be sunny and partly cloudy. You KNOW I was hoping and praying that Mother Nature wouldn’t turn on me! On the day of their session not only did Mother Nature show up for me, but it also wasn’t that cold either! Which is really surprising since it was December!

I met up with Morgan and Logan and their adorable GSD, Goose at Rattlesnake. Their engagement was filled with so much fun and laughter and I looooved capturing it for them! Being their Snoqualmie Engagement Photographer was the besttt!
