Downtown Seattle Elopement

Elopements have become more popular since 2020, and this is exciting! It was a cold winter day for this downtown Seattle Elopement, but that didn’t stop us from getting amazing photos!

I want couples to understand that you can still have meaningful wedding photos if you’re eloping! Couples often elope so they can keep their wedding small and intimate. Therefore, just because you are eloping doesn’t mean you won’t have wedding vendors. For example, if you’re getting married at the downtown city hall, I suggest investing in a fantastic wedding photographer, buying your wedding attire, and getting a bouquet! Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and you’ll want to have photographs to remember it by.

Modern and minimal details inspired this downtown Seattle elopement. Emerald City Flowers created a gorgeous wedding bouquet with a mix of white florals and greenery. This bride wore an ivory ankle-length wedding dress with a cowl neckline. Because it was a cold day, she paired her beautiful dress with a matching colored chic fur coat.

Whether you choose to have the backdrop of your wedding be the greenery and outdoor beauty from a national park, or take advantage of the gorgeous downtown views, there’s just something magical about this city. On this spectacular chilly day, the city was empty, giving a romantic feeling in the air. We were able to adventure around town, capturing this amazing couple’s love!
