Seattle In-Home Engagement Session

This Seattle In-Home Engagement Session for BT and Tuan was fun and cozy!

Whenever I plan engagement sessions with my couples, I always ask what a typical Saturday afternoon is like for them. The intent of my photography is to capture normalcy between couples, as I want them to feel comfortable!

Choosing the perfect location for your engagement photos can be a little tricky. Having an in-home engagement session is an option that is trending with engaged couples. Being in the comfort of your own home allows couples to be more relaxed, and we can capture photos of you doing your favorite activities. With both Tuan and BT being Vietnamese American, they often cook pho together. So it only made perfect sense to do a Seattle in-home engagement session! Their home is gorgeous and has an incredible aesthetic.

We started their session in the kitchen so that they could cook together. As they made the traditional Vietnamese dish pho, they shared lots of laughs and helped each other out. Towards the end of their cooking session, their adorable Cavapoo appeared. Henny wanted to make his debut in some of the photos. They adore hanging out with their precious pup, and he is so sweet!

Light from the sun flooded the interior of their home, creating an amazing ambiance. Their home provided a relaxed and intimate setting for their engagement photos. I was able to photograph them just enjoying life, with no pressure or stress.

There was no better way to end their engagement session than having a pillow fight! Naturally, Henny had to be right in the middle of it all and loved every minute of it. BT and Tuan have such lovely personalities, and they have so much fun together! I enjoyed getting to know these two better and looking into their everyday lives.
