On a chilly day, I met up with Lina and Drew for their Tacoma Anniversary Session.
This sweet couple met in high school and recently celebrated their tenth dating anniversary! They’re now engaged and planning their big day for next year.
Drew and Lina are a simplistic couple who enjoy hanging out together. This session shows their personalities through and through. As we were exploring the city of Tacoma, we stopped to get some boba. If you’re unsure what boba is, it’s also known as bubble tea. Originating in Taichung, it is a tea drink with a mixture of milk or fruit and tapioca pearls on top. It’s a favorite of mine, and I highly suggest you try it!
It’s always fun to explore the city of Tacoma. I love doing sessions in Tacoma because there is none of the hustle and bustle of Seattle. The city vibe is still present in your photos, which everyone loves!
Anniversary Session in Tacoma
Whether you’re celebrating one year, five years, or fifty years together, an anniversary session is a way to commemorate the love you share forever! It’s a great time to celebrate this milestone in your relationship. A photo session with your partner brings back the feelings and reconnection you had at the beginning of your relationship.
Lina and Drew both wore fashionable yet warm outfits. Drew wore black jeans and a white sweatshirt paired with a tan coat in his first outfit. He matched perfectly with Lina as she wore dark blue jeans, a black tank top, and a midlength tan trenchcoat. Following a quick stop for boba, they decided to change into different outfits but kept the neutral tones. Lina’s second outfit consisted of blue jeans and a black tank with the cutest tan cardigan. Drew wore the same black jeans and tan, long-sleeve shirt for his second outfit.
Their wedding day will be the next time they are in front of the camera. The excitement these two must be feeling to be married is unimaginable!
